Broken Drum, Tarahumara Shaman, modeled from life

This is head (a little under life-size - bronze: 9 1/2 " high) is available in a limited edition. It was modeled from life at my old Hotel" in La Bufa, Mexico. Broken Drum was a shaman and uncle of my model, Ramon. He wandered in one day, wanted to sit, said not a word, looked intently at the sculpture when finished, nodded his approval and left. I never saw him again.
