thanks Luis! i did it with acrylic; had to use an airbrush to "glaze down" some of the areas. you would have been on the floor laughing; i'm the world's worst airbrush guy, and the damned thing only worked 30 seconds at a time, then clogged!! i'm back to oils now... yeah, it's sort of a spooky thing, isn't it!! all best wishes, thanks again, mark j.
