About Me And My Work

Graduated in Scenography at the Academy of Art of Rome, Italy in 1988. Since then her professional work in the field of performing arts, painting and graphic design has developed in parallel. She is the cofounder of Teatret OM (1989), where she do set, costume and graphic publication until 2006. She has collaborated on productions with: Dah Teatar Research Centre from 1995 in various productions, (Serbia); Odin Teatret; Musikdramatisk Teater and Vindenes Bro (Denmark); Van Body Theatre (Taiwan); InterAkt (Sweden); The Children Museum of Jordan. In 1998 following a private teacher she was introduced to Icon Painting. The work on stage and costume design has the goal to create a real environment for the performance, rather than reproducing reality. I work in theatre as theatre feeds my interest for combining different artistic disciplines. My work has been mainly with research-based theatre groups and I deal with the constant need for self-sufficiency of the company in setting up, transportability and limited budget.

I wish to collaborate/travel especially in Japan, China, New York, Vietnam, Serbia and more extensively with all good hearted artist from all over the globe.
