About Me And My Work: Studied music. Have been church organist for 38 years (!). No formal art training. Starded painting fairly seriously in 1991 and fulltime in 2007.

Art Forms And Cultures I Would Like To Engage With: I want my art to speak to the observer. My abstracts must be of such a nature that you have a fairly good idea of what I want to say, but it must also speak to you personally - especially spiritually. Ordinary art must convey a feeling or atmosphere. My final dream is for my art to be so popular that I won't be able to stop painting 'till the day I die.

My Creative Influences & Favorite Artists: Rembrandt, Adriaan Boshoff, Boonzaaier, Marie Vemeulen-Breedt, Edward Eatwell
