About Me And My Work

Wilma’s Wish Productions was made to create new ways of documenting environmental/societal/political shifts within our world. With the collaborative efforts of a highly creative and passionate team we have set out to make films that make you smile and learn simultaneously. We are named after our founder's (Eileen Jerrett) grandmother Wilma (who is very much still alive). Wilma's wished on her 70th birthday for all the passion, love, and luck she had been blessed with in her own life onto her children and grandchildren. Out of that wish we were born.

Places I Would Like To Visit

We have traveled around the globe looking for ways of interpreting some of lifes challenging issues. There is a greater picture.
We are working right now on a film in Iceland that has been in the works for two years, and now we are going there in October to finish the film. Very excited and ready.

Art Forms And Cultures I Would Like To Engage With

This is a fun question.... well I suppose I would like to collaborate with artists I adore from other mediums in unconventional ways. Recently I was talking to a contemporary dance friend of mine on how to interpret emotion in animation through motion. Wouldn't that be a neat thing to experiment with?
