I am a self taught artist with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. My work is in several public collections including the Museum of Arts and Design, NYC, the American Folk Art Museum, NYC and the Archives of American Art Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
In 2009 I received and Artist Project Grant from the Arizona Commission on the Arts for my project "Expanding the Digital Print to Uncommon Surfaces. This project enriches my experimentation with digital printing on alternative surfaces for my mixed media artwork. Printing my images on hand made and unusual surfaces and then mixing these images with other materials helps me convey the textures of the forests.
My dream collaboration
Doing a forest installation for the Guggenheim in NYC.
