A colleague just gave me some info on a book to be published in June 2011. It's called Acting Together: Performance and Creative Transformation of Conflict. Vol 1 - Cynthia E. Cohen, Roberto Gutiérrez Varea, Polly O. Walker, (eds.) Perhaps you've heard of this work already.
