Joyful Gift-giving Atmosphere

Dawn month is a feeling,Season avows high to be ‘Joyful’.Due to the built-up notion of Gift-giving,An Atmosphere advertised pathetic and forceful. Gone are the days when we take time to see,There are more meaningful thoughts than just gifts this season. The whole family gathers to decorate a real pine tree,Thin-skin shiny balls that reflect glass covered lights for a reason. Where is the tradition when the father carries the Star above the Tree? While everyone watches in silence, all hopes the…See More

Uncertainties

Tonight I ache all over, yearning for the touch I so miss,Your eyes looking at me seem to never, see that part I always wish.My thoughts are longing for your presence never complete within me,And ever would my soul be burning, for the absence that need not be. Time seem selfish as I grumble, so must I hold on to my saneness,If not, my whole being shivers like a mad storm lost in its oneness.Yes, it is too for that mind that let go with its doubt,That can destroy that which bind, our love with…See More

My Discipline(s)
Theater, Dance, Music, Visual Arts, Crafts, Film & Video, Digital Arts, Culinary Arts, Design
About Me And My Work
I am an architect and a university professor in Architecture.
Places I Would Like To Visit
i would like to experience the culture in Turkey and Morocco. Other places can be interesting too because of the people one meets. Places becomes really interesting having friends around meeting new ones.
Art Forms And Cultures I Would Like To Engage With
I have plans of creating a cultural arts group tour for our students in the university. It would be a meaningful and learning trip for these young artists as they develop the culture of sharing experiences with the next generation of artists as a continuous interactive process.
My Creative Influences & Favorite Artists
I like the arts of Picasso, I see it as timeless. Travels in other places made me appreciate inventions of man about the environment. My sketches is about life sources----water & sunlight. Color is a very interesting element to use. Traveling really helps one understand others and in return discover oneself - the creative self.

I love taking photos, only got my digital camera a couple of years ago, used to have a Kodak camera, that the photo was processed as soon as you took the pic, and came out the camera! I loved it!
I have a few of those cameras, of course, nowadays they are more like antiques, you can't even get film for them.
Have a great day today, and a great rest of your week Maria! :>)
Look forward to our friendship, and seeing more of your work!

Love,
Cheryl
This pic I took awhile back, when we went on a trip to The Great Smoky Mountains National park, the battery in my cameara kept threatening to go out on me, but not before I had a chance to sit and point straight up into the sky and get this shot! ;>D
