- International performing artist Paul Livingstone has studied and played sitar for the past 25 years as a disciple of the living legend Pt. Ravi Shankar, and maestro Rajeev Taranath among others. Paul is also a composer, educator & activist in Los Angeles. He performs on sitar and unique fretless guitars of his own design and has submerged himself in musical traditions of all 6 continents. - wow I have to think about this I dream of things every day... today I revisited this dream - creating a music farm/ashram where people can stay up to 3 months and study with master artists in the old 'guru shisya paramapara' system here in CA.
