there cannot be a cooler name for a band than Honky Sausage. I have missed my life's calling. Glad to have you here Peter! Stay warm in Philly, I hear there is a big big storm.

I have been a musucian for many years and have played many types of music from Classical to Reggae. My ultimate goal when I began to play was to become a working Jazz musician, not an easy task but I feel that I am not far away from that goal. I still play other music that I enjoy and I am currently working in London with a Ska band called Honky Sausage.
Places I Would Like To Visit
I have played in every country in Western Europe and some parts of the Far and Middle East (Dubai and Malaysia) also the U.S. I would like to travel more in the U.S. especially the Southern states Louisiana and Memphis.
Art Forms And Cultures I Would Like To Engage With
I have almost satisfied my dream collaboration when I played on a short tour of Europe with one of the musicians I admire most in the world Mr Fred Wesley, James Browns Trombonist and Musical Director.
My Creative Influences & Favorite Artists
Jim Robinson (New Orleans Jazz Trombonist) J J Johnson, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, George Lewis (New Orleans Clarinetist) Don Drummond ( Jamaican Trombonist) Curtis Fuller. Maceo Parker. Pee Wee Ellis.
Peter, can we hear some of your music? Are you also a visual artist? (says so at the top). Hope all is well with Honky Sausage

wow, we got about 8 here in NYC. I really hope that your career ambition to be a full time jazzman works out. I see how difficult it is for jazzmen here in NYC, and it obviously takes extraordinary perseverance. Would love to hear some of your music.
