About Me And My Work

I have been engaged in creative/ pictorial/journalistic photography since the 80s and won national and international awards and recognition including 2nd Prize in 7th Unesco Photo Contest in Asia and the Pacific,Japan , and Gold Medal by the Pictorial Print Division,Photographic Society of America etc and held three Solo Exhibitions, one being sponsored by the Govt of West Bengal. Recently I have been selected as one of the fifty Lumix Life Photographers 2009 by Lumix Panasonic, Australia.

Art Forms And Cultures I Would Like To Engage With

A Solo Photo Exhibition In Kolkata in collaboration with the Government of West Bengal which was overwhelmingly received by the Media.
