About Me And My Work

I am primarily interested in communication and interpretive methodologies, be they purely linguistic or wholly artistic. My work and research has focused on intercultural interaction and interpretation, particularly focusing on Kerala, South India and Bali and Java, Indonesia.

Artistic Experiences I Have Had On My Travels

I have performed extensively with Balinese and Javanese Gamelan ensembles both in the United States and Indonesia, and have worked with musicians and artists throughout South India, Southeast Asia, Europe and America.

Art Forms And Cultures I Would Like To Engage With

Everything! Would love to work with Moroccan musicians and artists, and would love to engage further with Burmese culture.
