I attended the birth anniversary of Pujya Gurudev and was delighted to see a jam packed hall with honest, sincere and worthy practitioners and followers of his teachings.
The video had the best stills of his past talks in which were included a five minute meditation session. The hall was A/Ced, hence rendering it comfortable; there was hardly any disturbance in the crowd or distraction, so the subject was easily…

Low level employment
I always have conflicts, and sometimes they are really complex. The latest one that I seem to be aware of greatly is the servants’ issue. Should we have or not have servants? Why should a person do your dirty work that even you wouldn’t like to do? For eg clean your toilets, your used dishes, or look after a pukey, whiney, crying baby?

I want to start this blog with the plea that those people who visit ashrams or have a spiritual bent of mind should not be condemned or termed different. I’ve been trying very hard to stand up to the prejudice that an ashram is a sad place where sad things happen. This is just not true.
