Call for performances: Between the Seas Festival of Mediterranean Performing Arts in NYC

Between the Seas Festival of Mediterranean Performing Arts in New York is accepting applications form performing artists until February 11th 2013. We welcome productions in the fields of dance, theater and music, fully realized or works in progress, short or full length, from artists of the Mediterranean diaspora or artists of any ethnicity whose work engages with contemporary Mediterranean culture/history/identity.
Also for the first time the festival invites script submissions to be considered for staged readings or production by Between the Seas either during the main festival or parallel events.

About the festival: Now in its 3rd year Between the Seas is growing into a unique platform showcasing contemporary, high quality work by Mediterranean performing artists.
