I have just started digital photography, and thank god for the fact that PCs and fancy cameras have made the task a lot easier. Although, I have many albums up on Flickr, I would like you to visit and comment on this one. It's ironical that the more things change, the more they remain the same.

When I have time on a not so hot and humid Sunday afternoon I set out with my camera, mostly by foot, around the city that I luv, Bombay. Although architecture in Bombay is mostly heritage, it is worth viewing from a native's eyes. These buildings, roads, alleys, nooks and crannies are where we spent our free time, free running down the streets, sometimes walking in the downpour, and at most times just being. Bombay is the spirit of India, it reeks of a certain grit, a fighting spirit, and the image of a spirited comeback after near disaster. Take a peek into my own world, my city, Mumbai!!!

Mumbai welcomes all alike. It has the core nature of sportsmanship, competitiveness, enterprise, mingling with high life, and tainted by utter poverty. People are not people here. People are not forms alone. Nothing matters the next day, in fact the next moment. Step into this labyrinth of magic, enchantment, and pure playful existence.
